After its sneak preview earlier this year, the buzz of anticipation is electric for St. Lucie County’s newest master-planned community Wylder. Located just west of I-95 in Port St. Lucie, Wylder will not only preserve hundreds of acres of natural habitat, but also for the exceptional lifestyle it provides at an unprecedented value. Spanning a total of 1,970 acres, Wylder’s plans include nearly 3,400 home sites, 600 multi-family residences, a 113-acre public park, 80 acres of commercial space, a 53-acre site for a future St. Lucie County public high school, and so much more.

Now, after years of careful planning, this master-planned community is officially coming to life, with GreenPointe Developers unveiling the first neighborhood, Brystol. The single-family homes at Brystol will be built by two of the nation’s top home builders, Lennar and Meritage Homes. Brystol’s unique design will be a virtual nature sanctuary where families of all ages can grow and thrive, surrounded by wooded preserves. Here’s a closer look.

The First Addition to a Wyld New Kingdom

Thoughtfully designed to preserve the surrounding woodlands, Brystol at Wylder will offer new construction, single-family homes with innovative and energy-efficient features. These new homes will range from 1,500 to 2,800 square feet of living space, with three to four bedrooms, two to three baths, and two- to three-car garages. Future residents will also enjoy an amenity center reserved for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Serving as the social centerpiece of the neighborhood, residents can make a splash at the beach-entry pool, work out at the fitness center or pickleball courts, run wyld with their four-legged friends at the dog park, or let their imaginations soar at the playground. Community-wide amenities will promote a healthy, walkable lifestyle, including a lakefront recreation area, multi-use paths, pocket parks, and more. The Brystol amenity center is anticipated to break ground in the Spring of 2023.

Built by the Nation’s Top Home Builders

Along with the announcement of the Brystol neighborhood, GreenPointe Developers have also announced the builder team- Lennar and Meritage Homes. Since 1954, Lennar has been a credible titan of the home building industry on a national level. Combining smart home technology, energy-conscious features, and modern interiors and exteriors, Lennar is well-known for including all the most desired features at an incredible value. Meritage Homes is the seventh-largest public homebuilder in the United States, delivering over 160,000 homes in its 36-year history. The company is an industry leader in energy-efficient home building and is nationally renowned for its distinctive style, quality construction, and award-winning customer service.

A Wyld Future Planned for Port St. Lucie

Priced from the $300s, new home sales at Brystol are now underway by both builders, with model homes anticipated in Spring of 2023. The Brystol neighborhood, however, is just the beginning of a wyld future for Port St. Lucie. A wide array of neighborhoods will cater to all stages of life, each characterized by a distinct collection of homes and plentiful resort-style amenities. Current plans for future neighborhoods include a new 55+ active-adult community laced together with endless outdoor amenities, and a gated golf club community with an 18-hole championship golf course.

An exciting array of Wyld venues and amenities are planned for each neighborhood and for the community at large, including lakefront recreation areas, pocket parks, and miles of interconnected sidewalks and multi-use paths that connect the community. As the community continues to grow, so will its impact on its surrounding St. Lucie County neighbors. Not only have GreenPointe Developers made it a priority to preserve hundreds of acres of wetlands, but they have also donated sections of Wylder’s land to build a public park, high school, and more in the future.
